Registration

Authors of accepted papers will have to submit fee as per the category mentioned below. For each accepted paper, at least one author must register.

Once your paper is accepted, the registration process begins; you have to complete the following steps. 


STEP 1: Pay Registration Fee according to the given bank details.

STEP 2: Fill Registration Form & Copyright form (Available on Conference Website), Sign it and Scan it.

STEP 3: Attach Camera Ready Paper, Registration Form, Copyright form, Registration Fee Proof in a mail mentioning Paper ID in the subject and send it to [email protected]

 

KINDLY NOTE:

  • It is mandatory for at least one author of the accepted paper to register in order for the paper to be included in the Technical Program.
  • For getting certificate of co-authors, you have to register the co-author with a nominal registration fee of Rs. 500/- per author.
  • The regular fee will be charged up to 6 pages and after that additional Rs. 500/- per page will be charged.

Registration Guidelines

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one author’s registration; otherwise it will be excluded from Proceedings


Each normal registration includes: One paper publication, Proceedings, Kit, Program Schedule, and attending all technical sessions and programs and complementary lunches.

Poster Registration includes ONLY Proceedings & Certificate of Presentation.

All attendees must register before Deadline.

Everyone who has paid the conference fees, may ask for an official receipt at the time of conference (on demand).

No CANCELLATION & REFUND of Registration Fee.

Registration can also be done in case of Absentia. In that case presentation may be delivered through web tools like Skype, Google Hangout. The author will be required to pay full fee as per the category.

Transaction cost will be borne by the participant. Full amount should be paid as mentioned below. The registration doesn’t cover accommodation, transportation etc.

For IEEE / CSI Members there is a discount of 500 INR / 10 $ in registration fee.
IEEE / CSI members are required to bring along their membership card for verification at the conference. 
ONLY corresponding author should be the member in case of eligibility of discount as mentioned above.

Student Registration: Students (Regular UG / PG Students) and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Registration form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution/Department.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions.Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance.

Payment Instructions

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. All payment must be in US dollar for international participants (by bank transfer) and INR for domestic participants (by bank transfer). Payments can be made by direct bank transfer (Online)

Transaction cost will be borne by the participant.

Cancellation Policy

No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to any problem). In some case, if the registered author is unable to present his/her paper(s) personally, after the conference is over, conference certificates will be delivered to the author’s postal address.

Certificates

Certificate of Presentation will be issued only to author(s) who physically present their paper/poster in the conference. However, participation certificate may be issued to other author(s) accompanying the presenter.

For getting certificate of co-authors, you have to register the co-author with a nominal registration fee of Rs. 500/- per author.

E-certificate will be issued in case of Absentia.

Payment Policy

It may be ensured that the Remitter’s (Participant/Author) name, Easychair Paper-ID and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application. Indian Nationals or Students residing in overseas have to pay foreign authors' registration rate only.

Accommodation

Hotel stay will be at participant's cost. No accommodation is included in Registration.
